Here we will review the Photo Edit tab available on Windows and Apple versions of PPU Kiosk.  Follow along below for a break down of the options available on this tab.


Windows - Photo Edit



Photo Edit

  • Disable Photo Edit: Check this to disable the ability to edit photos.
  • Replace Original Photo: Check this to allow photo edits to replace the original photos.
  • Disable Photo Edit on GIFs: Disable's the ability to edit GIFs.


Background Removal: For more information, please refer to our background removal tutorial HERE.

  • Disabled: Disables the ability to use background removal
  • Screenless: Allows you to remove backgrounds without the benefit of a green screen.
  • Chroma Key: Allows you to use a green screen to remove backgrounds through Kiosk. Click Settings to adjust chroma key settings.


Auto Apply Filter

Select a filter from the list to apply to your photos. Various filters have additional settings that can be altered.  Click the Settings button to view additional changes that can be made to a filter.


Photo Edit Options

Select which editing features you would like to have enabled for your guests to use. Choose from Drawing, Text, Filters, Digital Props, or any combination of them all. Please note that Digital Props must be enabled for the props option to be toggled on or off.


iPad - Photo Edit



Enable Photo Edit:  Turn on to allow the ability to edit photos.
