The Sharing and Slideshow Tablet on the back of your booth has a touch keyboard capability that can disabled and enabled. If it has been disabled and you would like to enable it, or vice versa, follow these steps:

NOTE: In order to perform the following steps you may need to enable a remote keyboard. Temporarily switch the Lenovo remote keyboard USB Transmitter from your shuttle (the front monitor) to the USB port of your tablet.  You can also use any spare bluetooth or plug-in keyboard you have around.

1.

Once you have access to the mouse cursor, go to the search field from the Windows icon in the bottom left corner. Search Services.

2.

In services scroll down to Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Once this is open you can change STARTUP TYPE from Disabled to Automatic. The keyboard should now popup when you use the touchscreen on a text field.
