Resilio (https://www.resilio.com/) syncs files between devices on a local network, or between remote devices over the Internet.  This program is useful for many reasons including:

- If you want to run a slideshow at a greater Distance from your PC and can't hard wire your monitor.

- Helper can watch multiple folders at once for one event- you can use Bit torrent Sync to have multiple cameras running the same event.

- You can run multiple events that use the same output folder by Syncing the same folder to a separate computer running Helper.

- Used to sync photos from the watched folder to the VR Headsets during VR360 features.

- Used to sync photos for Muse Mosaic from a device capturing/storing photos to the device running Muse Mosaic.

Follow along below for a method of syncing the same folder to a separate computer running Helper.

1.

Download Bit Torrent Sync on both computers from HERE

2.

On computer 1, (Your computer connected to the camera) find the folder where your files are being saved (Output Folder, Destination Folder etc.).

In Resilio Sync, select the (+) sign at the top left and select the folder where your photos from the camera are being saved.

Choose 'Standard Folder':

Browse to the folder your images are being stored in:

3. That folder will populate in Resilio.  When you mouse over it, you'll see the word share...

Select 'share', choose to generate a key for read and write.  Copy this key and email it to yourself or save it to a notepad document on a flash drive on computer 2 (You'll need to enter it later).

4. Make sure the PPU Helper is running Resilio Sync on computer 2. Press the (+) button on the top left and input the key generated from your other computer. Save the destination folder as whatever you want to, but we recommend naming it the same as the folder on computer 1.

5.

Open the PPU Helper on computer 2 and make sure the watched folder is the folder you just saved as your destination folder.  Refresh the helper when any changes are made open the kiosk on computer 2. You may need to refresh to make sure the kiosk is watching the helper on the same computer.

Congrats! You've successfully sync'd the same folder to a separate computer!
