Please review the guide below for graphic sizes for Muse Mosaic.

Images/Extra Images: Make sure that your incoming images do not exceed the maximum pixels (both height and width) that you've set in the Printers Tab -> Miscellaneous Printing Settings. If images exceed the max, they will either be compressed or skipped depending on your settings. If the software needs to compress your images because they exceed the maximum pixels you've set, it may affect performance. Images should all be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png

Billboard Image: 1920 x 1080 is a standard size for the billboard image. However, we recommend that you use a billboard image which fits to the display monitor's resolution for your Live Viewer. Please keep in mind that there is a size restriction of 5000 x 5000. You cannot go over this restriction. Also, keep in mind that the printed grid size is not subject to the billboard image file size. Attempting to upload a billboard image that matches your (much larger) physical mosaic print dimensions will likely exceed limitations and fail to function properly.

Backdrop Image: 1920 x 1080 or image size matching display monitor's resolution. 

Density Map: 1920 x 1080 or image size matching billboard image size.

Live Viewer Logo: 600 x 400 pixels.

Animation Masks: 300 x 200 pixels. 

Advert Graphics: 1920 x 1080 or matching display monitor's resolution. 

Winner Icons: 600 x 400 pixels.

Winner - Frame: The Winner Frame overlay image should match the dimensions of your watched folder images.

Random Logo: 800 x 800 pixels for square sticker images.
