This page contains the current pricing information for the Virtual Booth Feature in Photo Party Upload.


HOW MUCH DOES VIRTUAL BOOTH COST?

Virtual Booth is billed on a per site basis. Pricing is based on your selected Background Removal Option, as well as the Duration that your site is active (determined by Start and End dates), and in the case of Automatic Background Removal, the Number of Photos as well. Below is a breakdown of these various options and their associated pricing.


Basic (No Background Removal)

  • $69 for 2 days (beginning at 12:01 AM on your Start Date)
  • $29 per each additional day
  • Unlimited photos

Manual Background Removal

  • $99 for 2 days (beginning at 12:01 AM on your Start Date).
  • $29 per each additional day
  • Unlimited photos

AI (Automatic Background Removal)

  • $149 for 2 days (beginning at 12:01 AM on your Start Date)
  • $29 per each additional day
  • 400 photos included
  • $0.20 per each additional photo (after 400)


HOW WILL I BE CHARGED? 

Charges are applied to the credit card that's on file in your Photo Party Upload account. If you are unsure which card is on file, login to your account at login.photopartyupload.com and click "Profile" in the list of links at the top-right of the site. Select the "Billing" tab and there you can verify and/or update your billing and credit card details.


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED? 

You will be charged after 6 AM the morning after your End Date. Note that on or after the start date, start date and background removal options cannot be changed in the site editor. If you need to extend your end date, the additional charges (based on your background removal option) will be added to your final total. 


WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH START AND END DATES?

Billing begins on your start date. When creating your site, the start date must be in the future (tomorrow or later). The site can be used starting at 12:01 AM the morning of your start date, and will be active until 6 AM the morning after your selected End Date. All times are relative to the time zone you select in the site creator.


CAN I TEST OUT MY SITES/GRAPHICS BEFORE BEING CHARGED? 

Yes! You can test out your site before the start date. Any content shared prior to your start date will be watermarked. Images created on your Automatic Background Removal prior to your start date for the site are not counted against your 400 included images. Also, even after your start date, you can generate up to 10 creations without being charged. Once the 11th piece of content is shared, however, the billing is activated. If you're using the Automatic removal method, then those 10 will count toward your included total.


HOW LONG CAN AN SITE BE ACTIVE?

Sites can be active for a maximum of 30 days. If you need one to run longer, we recommend copying the site and setting the start date for the identical, copied event to begin the day after the original event ends.
