If items are stuck in the queue you can attempt to force their sending via the steps below


Go to Settings > Other Settings in app.



On this page check for text label “Version: Landmark Photo Booth Version/Build #" and long press on it:




Long press on this label (not the 'Help' button) to access the popup where you can see the button 'Select Media Files':



Select that button it will open up the gallery page.


Select the media which are not shared or suspended and then press done.


This will start upload the media to AWS server bucket and after successful upload it will go away.


Now browse to the sharing information (in your specific event) which is there in ViewSuspended view. Access the ViewSuspended view.


On this view you will see the Label “View Suspended” at top of the view, Long press on it, it will show the popup “Are you sure you want to backup Share data to Server?”


Press Yes on it and it will process the data file and upload it to AWS server at same bucket where media files are uploaded.
