We've noticed that the latest windows updates are causing issues with Helper, making it not sync with PBU. The following updates have been recognized:
You'll need to update your Windows defender to the latest version:
Open Windows Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Virus & Threat Protection Updates > Protection Updates > Check for Updates and make sure the latest version is installed, then restart
If the issue remains, please try uninstalling the windows updates listed above, by heading into the Windows "update history" screen.
