Set up in Event Manager

1.

Login to your account at login.photopartyupload.com.  Then create a new event or select an event to edit.

2.

Once in the event settings, select Printing from the menu on the left then select Flipbook Printing from the blue menu at the top.  Select "Enable flip book printing" and notice the options that become available to you:

Flip Book Preferences

  • 11 x 8.5:  Select this size if you want your Flipbooks to print at 11x8.5
  • 6 x 4:  Select this size if you want your Flipbooks to print at 6x4
  • Number of Frames per Second:  Choose this option if you want to determine the number of frames per second for your flip book.
  • Total Number of Frames:  Choose this option if you want to determine the size of your flipbook by the total number of frames used.  Note: If you choose this option you must choose an even number so that you will not end up with blank pages

Upload Flip Book Final Image

Select "upload a file" to upload an image to use as the final image of your flipbook.  Note that the aspect ratio of the final image should be the same as that of the aspect ratio of the video frame.  Also make sure to make a flipbook with at least 8 frames for enough pages to apply the final image.

Upload Flip Book Cover Image

Select "upload a file" to upload an image to use as the cover image of your flipbook.  Note that the aspect ratio of the final image should be the same as that of the aspect ratio of the video frame.  Also make sure to make a flipbook with at least 8 frames for enough pages to apply the cover image.

3.

Once you have adjusted your settings, save your event and launch Helper.  Navigate to the Flipbook printing tab and adjust the settings there to tweak any necessary options for your flipbook.  Continue to the PPU Helper flipbook tutorial HERE.

You have now enabled Flipbook printing within your Event!  Excellent!
