If the color of your guests' complexion seems a bit off, it is usually an issue with White Balance. The proper White Balance depends on the lighting conditions where you are shooting, so there is no universal correct White Balance setting.

In PBU, you can adjust the White Balance setting of your DSLR in Camera Settings > DSLR > DSLR Settings:

In the popup, select your preferred White Balance (WB) from the drop down menu for BOTH Live view / Video and Photo.
