Occasionally errors can occur with the software for various reasons. Below is a list of errors and steps to work through them, should you have any issues. Application is already running!
If you receive this prompt, it is most likely because the program is already running and you can't see it. In windows 8 or later, running programs are displayed in the tray at the bottom right task bar. Click on little white arrow to be able to see all the running programs. Then open the current running PPU program, or close it and start a new instance.

Are you getting a red error message that reads: an error occurred. please see log file for more details beneath the Password Field when trying to log in to the Helper?
This is most likely caused by your Windows User Account having been changed. The helper may have been running in a different account. When running in the first account, it gains access to using port 8888, and then it can't be used in other accounts. Try logging out of your current Windows user account and into the other account on your computer.
Error: Contact Application Vendor
This is an error that occurs when the Photo Party Upload encounters a problem during installation/updating or when an active Firewall removes part of the program. To fix this, double check that your Windows Firewall is turned off and you have uninstalled any anti virus software like AVG or McAfee. Next, uninstall the program in Uninstall/Change Programs in Windows then reinstall Photo Party Upload Helper from this link HERE.

Unhandled Exception / Application cannot run, please contact vendor
This large error prompt can appear when launching Helper. The Helper uses a database and that can become corrupted during normal use as well as if the PC is not shut down properly. If you experience this error, please follow these directions:
1. Uninstall PPU Helper through Windows.
2. Open Windows Explorer and paste this into the navigation bar: %localappdata%\apps\2.0
3. Delete any folders with strange names like 6r5tr7d.
4. Re-download the Helper installer from the link HERE and try reinstalling the Helper
Printer Spool Error
If you receive an error regarding your printer spool, you may find success following the tutorial HERE. Additionally you should make sure your printer is set to use the correct paper size. You can verify this by following these directions:
1. Search your Windows PC for Printers & Scanners.
2. Click on your Printer and select Manage.
3. Select Printer Properties and navigate to the Advanced tab.
4. Verify or Adjust the paper size matches that of which you're attempting to use.

.NET Framework error
Please install the latest .Net Framework located HERE - this will fix the issue.
Your PC cannot project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using another video card
You may receive that message when changing your windows display setting ( Hitting the Windows Key + P ), There is a simple fix that will get your PC Projecting a slideshow to an External Monitor in no time! Most PCs will need to update their video card drivers. This is usually handled by Windows Update, but if it's not remedied you should download video card drivers from your PC manufacturer's website.
If you own a Photo Party Station Infinite, Your PC most likely needs a new Graphics Driver installed. Search Windows for "Device Manager". After doing so, locate and expand the category labeled "Display Adapters". Right click on the device that appears and select "Update Driver". Then follow the on screen instructions to update the driver via the internet.
Once installed restart your computer and your PC should be projecting when set to EXTEND.
Memory usage is too high. It's recommended to restart the program.
This error can occur when running the Slideshow in Photo Booth Upload while taking Slow Motion Video at the same time. When taking slow motion video, we suggest turning off the slideshow in the Slideshow tab to prevent this error.
There was No Endpoint Listing At:
Are you seeing the error message: "There was no endpoint listening at http://login.photopartyupload.com/... that could not except the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See interexception, if present for more details". when trying to deactivate your PBU license?
This is generally caused by a poor internet connection or no connection at all. PBU must speak with our server to deactivate the license and cannot do so if your are not connected to the internet. Reconnect to the internet and you should be able to deactivate successfully.
