Sometimes there can be a slight delay for prints to begin printing. While it is not unheard of to wait approximately 30-45 seconds for a print to begin, there are some steps you can take to ensure the prints will begin as soon as possible. Check out some of our tips below.

Ensure your printer drivers are up to date. You can do so by searching for Device Manager on your computer, locating the printer category, right clicking on your printer and choose to search the internet for an available driver. While this works in most cases, to ensure the driver is most up to date, please refer to your driver manufacturers website.

Green Screen images can cause printer delays if the green screen file is too large. It can be helpful to adjust the resolution of the image to make it smaller. Please refer to our Graphic Dimensions and Sizes article HERE for size recommendations.

If you're printing from a GIF, saving the GIF as a video may help. To do so, refer to our Save GIF as Video solution HERE.

It's possible there are multiple jobs ahead of the print and may take a moment to catch up to the desired print.
