If your Live View is frozen, but pressing an activation button (Photo, GIF, etc) still results in a successful capture, you should follow the steps below:


If using an LA Photo Party Venture or Infinite booth:


1) Download the display drivers here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/762755/intel-6th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html  (.Exe. or .Zip are both fine)


2) Begin the installation as you would any program. When prompted, click 'Advanced' and select 'Execute Clean Installation' 


3) Your screen will flash and look funny, this is normal


4) Afterwards, you will be prompted to perform a restart. Perform restart and then re-open PBU and confirm that the Live View is now functional




If using a kiosk NOT made by LA Photo Party:


1) Determine your CPU specs:

    

Open File Explorer in the Task Bar, then right click on 'This PC'. Select 'Properties'




2) Identify your CPU model



3) In your browser, search for [Insert your CPU name] + "Intel Display Driver". Example: 'i5-1135G7 Intel Display Driver'


4) You should locate the .EXE or .ZIP for the driver and download it (this result will look different depending on your hardware. DO NOT download any Beta driver options



5) Begin the installation as you would any program. When prompted, click 'Advanced' and select 'Execute Clean Installation' 


6) Your screen will flash and look funny, this is normal


7) Afterwards, you will be prompted to perform a restart. Perform restart and then re-open PBU and confirm that the Live View is now functional
